Program (OLP)
OLP is a license program that does not depend on volume and that allows you to purchase software, services and technical support from CA in an extremely cost-effective way. It is specifi cally aimed at achieving cost reductions arising from evaluating, purchasing, servicing, upgrading and managing business software. Ideally suited to small and medium businesses are the targeted purchasing, the cost savings and the centralised license management offered by the OLP. You already qualify for the OLP with your fi rst purchase without any minimum points purchase. You are guaranteed the OLP discount for every CA software order for 2 years.
Investment protection and free telephone support with Maintenance
You can purchase a Maintenance plan for a minor supplement in relation to the simple license. This includes upgrade protection and free telephone support for the entire term. You can choose between Value and Enterprise Maintenance. Value Maintenance offers upgrade protection and telephone support during CA working hours, while Enterprise Maintenance offers upgrade protection, 24/7 telephone support and access to CA’s online support. Maintenance plans are available for different terms.

MLP - Master License Program: a big discount for major customers
If you would like to order larger quantities of licenses, you qualify for the MLP Master License Program (at least 5,000 points over 2 years). The fi rst order includes a minimum volume of 2,000 points. Further information on MLP is available on the Internet at ca.com/licensing.
Enterprise Maintenance is available within the Master License Program.
GLP - Government License Program: a big discount for research and educational institutions and government agencies
The GLP - Government License Program - from CA is a licensing program, with no minimum volume requirement, for government agencies, schools, universities (excluding private educational institutions), the armed forces, all healthcare facilities (except those with private sponsorship) as well as non-profi t organisations, such as public utility associations. These institutions can purchase products from CA at the best possible price, without any minimum volume requirement. Enjoy the same advantages as for OLP.
